Corey Fuller

After working in kitchens in Chicago and New York City, Chef Corey Fuller has returned home to the Indianapolis area as Executive Chef of Commission Row. He began his career at age 13 at Ye Olde Library Restaurant (now called Woody’s) in his hometown of Carmel, IN, where he saw the chefs as the “cool kids” in the restaurant. By his senior year of high school, he was Sous Chef at the Villa Inn in downtown Indianapolis.

Chef Corey studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago and worked in high-profile Windy City restaurants like Naha, Le Lan, and Alinea. He spent a year and a half in culinary research and development for a top Chicago culinary consulting firm, where he learned where and how to look ahead for rising trends. He also worked for Wolfgang Puck at locations around the country and as far away as Dubai.

His role as Executive Chef for Commission Row brings him back to Indianapolis for an artfully curated menu. He’s drawn inspiration from his experience working with top chefs, in-season ingredients, his friends, and fellow chefs.

When Chef Corey is away from Commission Row, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their son, James. After James was diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome, Chef Corey has become a strong advocate for awareness and fundraising for the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research.

Executive General Manager

Ian Saroyan

With 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ian Saroyan is passionate about serving, creating unforgettable experiences, and building connections with guests. His career has spanned major food service organizations around the country, guiding new initiatives and leading teams at the Duke Energy Convention Center in Cincinnati, Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa, and Dayton Convention Center in Dayton. He joined Cunningham Restaurant Group in 2023 as the Executive General Manager of Commission Row, part of the Bicentennial Unity Plaza in downtown Indianapolis near Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Originally from San Luis Obispo, CA, Ian grew up in Oakland and San Francisco. He graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN where he studied Hospitality and Tourism Management. While at Purdue, Ian’s first restaurant experience was as a dishwasher and server, and he vividly remembers serving a 1200-person banquet on his first day on the job.

Away from Commission Row, Ian is a certified beekeeper, and he and his wife are working to master brewing craft beer in their home. He’s a proud father to two daughters who keep him on his toes.
